Recently, in order to further promote the retirement of agricultural machinery in Tianjin, we will encourage and guide the upgrading of agricultural machinery and accelerate the promotion and application of energy-saving and environmentally friendly agricultural machinery. The Tianjin Municipal Agriculture Commission and the Municipal Finance Bureau jointly issued a notice to adjust some of the contents of the “2016-2017 Tianjin Agricultural Machinery Retirement Renewal Subsidy Pilot Work Implementation Plan”.
The adjusted plan has raised the standard of end-of-life subsidies, increased the subsidy for urban financial retirement, and increased the attractiveness of the policy. At the same time, from the perspective of environmental protection requirements and practical use, according to the requirements of scrapping conditions and economic indicators, the retirement period is relaxed. For one of the following four situations, it can also be scrapped: First, it is seriously damaged due to objective reasons and cannot be repaired. Second, it is estimated that the cost of overhaul is greater than 50% of the price of similar new cars; the third is that it has not reached the end of life, but the technical situation is poor and there is no source of accessories; the fourth is the country’s explicit elimination.
At the same time, the notice also clarified the application for the agricultural machinery scrapping renewal subsidy that occurred before the issuance, and adjusted according to the standard of this notice.
