A few days ago, the first high-pressure double-rotor heating unit produced by Harbin Electric Power Harbin Co., Ltd. for Harbin Electric Power Co., Ltd. was successfully passed the 168-hour test run, and the parameters of the unit were all achieved. Design requirements, fully meet the conditions for commercial operation.
It is reported that the high back pressure heating technology of turbo generators above 300MW is the most advanced technology in the domestic cogeneration field. This type of unit can maximize the utilization of steam turbine waste heat, with excellent indicators and heating. With strong capacity and high energy-saving level, the dual-rotor design overcomes the uneconomical weakness of the traditional heating unit in summer operation, so that the unit’s energy consumption under the two conditions of heating and power generation is at the leading level in the same level. During the 168-hour trial operation, the unit’s working conditions are stable, the unit load meets the power grid dispatching requirements; the steam and water quality are all qualified, the electrical protection input rate, the thermal control protection input rate, the automatic input rate, the instrument input rate, the desulfurization, denitration and dust removal device. The investment rate has reached 100%, fully meeting the conditions for commercial operation.
