Qinghai oil and gas production has been stable and stable for more than 7 million tons.

“Since 2011, the oil and gas production of Qinghai Oilfield has increased from 7.13 million tons to 7.38 million tons this year, with an average annual growth of 40,000 tons. It has been stable for more than 7 million tons for seven consecutive years.” China National Petroleum Corporation Qinghai Oilfield Liu Feng, head of the production and operation department of the branch (hereinafter referred to as “Qinghai Oilfield”), said in an interview with a reporter from the China News Agency on the 12th.

Liu Fenghe introduced that since 2011, Qinghai Oilfield has maintained a good trend of stable natural gas production, which has been formed by strengthening gas well management, rationally controlling pressure difference, and continuously exploring drainage and gas production processes. The supporting process measures have achieved the stability of gas well production and effectively controlled the natural decline rate.

Through a series of measures in recent years, the development indicators of oil wells in the old districts in Qinghai Oilfield have been controlled within a reasonable range for seven consecutive years. “In the exploration of the new area, since 2011, Qinghai Oilfield has successively discovered the three major oil fields of Yingdong, Zhaquan and Yingxi, which have made positive contributions to the stabilization of crude oil production in the 7 million tons of oil and gas equivalents.” And said.

Zhang Daowei, deputy general manager and exploration and development expert of Qinghai Oilfield, said that Qinghai Oilfield is a growing oil field and its output is rising. At present, Qinghai Oilfield is one of the few oilfields that China continues to produce. For this reason, the continuous stable production of more than 7 million tons of oil and gas has laid the foundation for the construction of a 10 million tons scale plateau oil and gas field in Qinghai Oilfield.

Qinghai Oilfield is the highest oil field in the world and one of the earliest developed oil fields in China. It is located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and is located in the Qaidam Basin in the northwest of Qinghai Province. It is an important oil and oil supply base in Qinghai and Tibet, with an average elevation of about 3,000 meters.
